Terms of Service

AI Content Rank (“the Service”) analyses content you submit and produces an estimated human-vs-AI rating, a letter grade, and a badge with a verification code. Ratings are automated estimates, not verdicts or certifications, and may be wrong. You are responsible for how you use or publish them.

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

You may not: submit content you have no right to submit; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to bypass metering, security, or rate limits; resell or misrepresent the Service’s output as an official certification; or use the Service to harass or defame others.

Each account receives a number of free badges. Beyond that, badges are paid from prepaid credits. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. Prices are shown before purchase. See the Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to produce your rating (including sending it to third-party detection providers). Uploaded media is deleted after analysis. Badge data you choose to make public appears on the public verification page.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that ratings are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Detection of AI-generated content is inherently imperfect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on a rating. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
