Refund Policy

1. Free tier
Your first badges are free — no payment, nothing to refund.
2. Prepaid credits
Paid badges are drawn from prepaid credits. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. Credits already spent to generate badges are non-refundable, because the analysis (including paid third-party detection) has already been performed.
3. Faults
If a badge failed to generate due to a fault on our side, we will re-issue it or refund the credits used for that specific badge.
4. How to request
Email eng.qaddomi@gmail.com from your account email with your order/badge reference. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) to your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
